The latest version of i-Boating now supports magnetic bearing.  Its available on all platforms (including iOS, Android, Windows and MacOS). Once enabled under settings, distance bearing tool shows magnetic bearing by default. All route legs show magnetic bearing to next way point. Auto Follow shows current magnetic heading on bottom left corner of screen. Here is how to enable it. Tap more/menu button (upper right android) and select Settings Check the switch that says "Show  Magnetic   Bearing " Tap Save Distance  bearing  tool would now show  magnetic   bearing . I've included a screenshot of this in action.
