We are pleased to announce the first release of Gps Nautical Charts app for Blackberry. The app includes fully offline GPS accurate NOAA RNCs® along with POI layers created from NOAA ENCs® covering entire USA (other regions coming soon). We do special processing to create chart bundles that merge RNC chart data available across multiple scales to a single bundle. The object layers available in equivalent ENCs are also available as layers for the same chart and are searchable. We've updated Toposports to version 6.1. This version of the app has the following two features: Auto Follow mode Digital zoom Auto Follow Mode When the auto follow mode is on, the app continuously updates your current location on the map at regular interval. The refresh frequency defaults to once every 3 seconds but can be changed by changing the interval value under Options. To enable this do the following: Open the quad map Press menu and select 'Auto Follow' The indicator at the bottom right of your screen would first show "Scan". Once the device locks to satellites, it would turn to "Follow". When the indicator is set to "Follow", the app would continuously update your location on the screen. Digital zoom The latest version of the app adds an additional layer of zoom to all the quads. While the app has had this option for almost an year now, it has been made default with this release. On popular demand, we've released the Gps Ski Maps app for the iPhone . The app requires iOS version 4.0 or higher. The app version is currently available for the following two regions (iTunes link below): Australia/New Zealand Chile/Argentina The iPhone app also supports our most popular feature (run by run analysis/stats) amongst others. We are excited to be on iOS. We will be providing more updates as the app gets approved for other regions.

We've updated TopoSports to version 5.1. This version has the ability to create waypoints by manually entering the latitude, longitude coordinates of the point. To create a waypoint this way, do the following: Press menu and select "New WayPoint" Check the box that says "Enter coordinates" and select "Ok". Enter the latitude and longitude coordinates of the point and click/touch "Save".
